Heather Petherick is a dynamic coach and speaker that works with high performers to grow their careers beyond today.  Using humor, courage, and the unvarnished truth Heather’s unique coaching approach inspires her clients to overcome career challenges and achieve greater success.

As the founder and CEO of Career Clarity, Heather has been active in the study and practice of career coaching for over 6 years.  Having earned a Masters degree in Management, specializing in Human Resources, allows her to address organizational and leadership issues with confidence and credibility.  Her instructional work has spanned government and corporate audiences ranging from entry-level to senior level executives.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC).  

Heather lives in Lethbridge with her husband, two children, and her much-loved Jack Russell Terrier, Maggie.  Most weekends she can be found either attending Junior Hurricane’s hockey practices or gardening in her backyard.
